We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

When you receive the order, if there is any hair problem, such as problem on hair quality&hair color&hair length, please e-mail us at service@adugii.com for exchange.

Here are some FAQ in regards to our exchange policy:

1.How long is the exchange period?
We will provide an exchange for your order within 30 days as long as it has not been opened, or worn.

2.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
If you want to exchange an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days, please send an email to this email address with your order number details: service@adugii.com.

we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

If the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the hair problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you the solutions.

3.May I exchange my Hair without contacting you?
You must contact us firstly to send your exchange, as the return address may be different from the address your order originally shipped from. Also, we need to confirm the delivery company and order value and shipping back tracking number from you.

4.When will I receive my exchange?
We will arrange the new order delivery after we have received, and confirmed that the returned hair products can be also used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. Usually it takes 7-20 workdays to be delivered with standard shipping.

We stand behind our beauty products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of you. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at service@adugii.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!

1. How do I make a return?
Easy: Please make sure to contact us with email at first, our email address is service@adugii.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2.How long is the return period?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 30 days from the date when you receive your hair.

3.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
For orders in USA, we will pay for the ship fee. For orders around the world, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because we will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4.When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow within 30 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
